At CuVessel, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cuvessel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide step-by-step return instructions.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Returns received without authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@cuvessel.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.

We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective.
